First steps with us:

Step One: Get in touch

Fill in the form and enquire about our services. You’ll receive a very simple questionnaire to fill in so we can fully assess what service would be best suited to your needs, timescale and budget.

Step Two: Virtual clinic

We’ll have a brief chat over the phone to go through your questionnaire, discuss the service that will suit you best and discuss our design process step by step. After the call, you’ll receive a quote and proposal.

Step Three: Kick off

If you’d like to work with us, we’ll start your project with a site visit. We’ll further discuss your needs, ideas or research you might have already done and take measurements where necessary. During this visit, we’ll also confirm delivery dates and plan the next steps together.
