Terracotta master suite

Location: Bay of Arcachon
  • The client wanted to create an intimate and warm master suite. We adopted the Heju collection from Ressource Peintures and chose terracotta and pink hues to paint the walls and ceiling. We picked “Rotin Tressé” as a base and added “Teck Nordique” to add a harmonious touch of contrast.

The sleeping area is enhanced by a painted headboard which forms a warm envelope up to the ceiling. Haomy bed linen in cotton gauze, in rosewood and caramel tones, complete this snug space. Brushed copper pendant lights illuminate the space after dark.

The ensuite side of the room continues the terracotta narrative with Diespecker terrazzo on the floor and Modulo wall tiles from Quintessenza. The faucet, basin and wood cabinet in mango wood add a sharp dark contrast, which is softened by the round LED mirror. The shower area was designed opposite this ensemble, in order to optimize the shallow, narrow space.
